Retro Girls
Retro, vintage, and op art are distinct styles from different periods. Retro is bold and modern, vintage is rare items from the past, and op art uses illusions and patterns. Combining them creates a dynamic design blending retro elements, vintage elegance, and op art illusions.
Inspired by retro and vintage fashion, I have created a series of visuals that merge strong and vivid colours with a minimalist design aesthetic. The striking use of positive/negative space and colour is reminiscent of the artistic styles of Pop Art and Op Art. These visuals are suitable for use in both digital and print media.
